The hotel and facilities are run to a high standard. However its all about the city centre location and secure parking Good pool to cool down at the end of the day and good quality breakfast

The pool was nice although all of the umbrellas didn't work and there wasn't much shade. The rooms were comfortable. We had a king size bed and a pull out couch. Breakfast was good, waffles, coffee, eggs, etc.

I was amazed that every single employee we came across greeted us, held the elevator doors opened and eager to assist when we had a question or a need. I’m a supervisor for Multi-family properties and I only hope my staff would be the same.

I loved the property has a secured fence for parking and no one could get into the lot without a guest card. The location was absolutely perfect for walking distance down to the river walk. It’s an 8 min walk to the river and just a 5 min walk to the shops at the river. I definitely would stay here again! The front desk was very nice and helpful with everything. I would have to say that I absolutely LOVE the breakfast here! So many options and very very good ❤️. We will definitely be back to stay.
